If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.
Website-only scope. These Terms govern access to and use of the Website. They do not by themselves create a consultancy, professional-services, partner or project engagement with JUYMO. Any such engagement requires a separate written agreement.

It is not intended as a consumer-facing service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding arrangements.
If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that:
- the organisation is validly established;
- you are authorised to act for it; and
- information you provide on its behalf is accurate and lawfully provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, remedy or obligation that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
3. Website Functions
The Website may provide:
- information about JUYMO and its licensed activities;
- business, management, marketing, innovation, technology and artificial-intelligence content;
- contact forms and channels for business enquiries;
- marketing subscriptions and campaign communications;
- live chat and preliminary assistance;

- links or integrations with third-party services.
JUYMO may add, modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue Website functions at any time.
Availability may vary by jurisdiction, user, service or technical circumstances.
4. Website Content Is Not Professional Advice
Unless JUYMO expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written contract, Website content is provided for general business information and preliminary discussion only.
Website content does not constitute:
- legal advice;
- tax or accounting advice;
- audit or assurance services;
- investment or financial advice;
- immigration advice;
- employment advice;
- regulatory advice;
- cybersecurity advice; or
- any other professional or regulated advice requiring individual assessment or professional authorisation.
Website information is not tailored to your particular circumstances, objectives, jurisdiction or risk profile.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and independently verifying material information before relying on it.
Laws, regulations, technology, markets and third-party information may change without notice.
5. No Professional, Fiduciary or Confidential Relationship
Accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, receiving a response, using live chat, interacting with an AI function or downloading material does not by itself create:
- a client-consultant relationship;
- an adviser-client relationship;
- a lawyer-client relationship;
- a fiduciary relationship;
- an employment relationship;
- an agency;
- a partnership;
- a joint venture; or
- another professional or contractual relationship.
JUYMO is not obliged to accept any enquiry, application, project or engagement.
Do not submit privileged, confidential, trade-secret, commercially sensitive or unnecessary personal information through a public form, general live chat or general AI function.
This clause does not exclude confidentiality, privacy, data-protection or other obligations imposed by applicable law or by an express written agreement.
Professional or commercial services are governed by the applicable proposal, engagement letter, services agreement, statement of work, partner agreement or other signed contract.
Where a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms in relation to services governed by that agreement, the separate agreement prevails for those services.
6. Business Enquiries and Contact Forms
Information submitted through a Website enquiry must be accurate, relevant and submitted for a legitimate business purpose.
Submitting an enquiry:
- constitutes a request to discuss a possible business relationship;
- is not an offer capable of automatic acceptance;
- does not create an engagement;
- does not reserve JUYMO's availability;
- does not guarantee a response;
- does not impose a response deadline;
- does not create exclusivity; and
- does not prevent JUYMO from working with other persons or organisations.
JUYMO may screen, route, record and retain enquiries in accordance with its Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
JUYMO may reject, close or decline to respond to enquiries that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, incomplete, outside JUYMO's licensed activities or otherwise unsuitable.
7. Partner Portal
7.1 Restricted Access
The Partner Portal is an invitation-only or authorised-access environment.
An invitation, registration, application, invitation code or portal account does not guarantee:
- admission to JUYMO's partner network;
- acceptance as an independent consultant;
- assignment to a project; or
- any minimum volume of work.
JUYMO may verify information and conduct identity, professional, commercial, tax, sanctions, compliance, payment or other due-diligence checks appropriate to a proposed relationship.
7.2 Separate Agreements
Any partner, consultant or project relationship requires the applicable written agreement.
Separate agreements may regulate matters including:
- appointment and scope;
- services and deliverables;
- fees and expenses;
- tax and invoicing;
- confidentiality;
- intellectual property;
- insurance;
- non-solicitation;
- compliance;
- liability;
- project management; and
- termination.
Those agreements prevail over these Terms for their specific subject matter.
7.3 Information and Documents
Portal users must provide information that is accurate, complete, current, authentic and lawfully supplied.
Users must promptly update material changes affecting the relationship, including changes to professional status, tax details, ownership, payment details, sanctions status or authority to work.
Users must not upload:
- documents they are not authorised to provide;
- unnecessary personal data;
- another person's personal data without lawful authority;
- false, forged or misleading material;
- unlawful or infringing material;
- malware or corrupted files; or
- content intended to compromise Website security.
JUYMO may request additional information and may reject, suspend or close an application or account where information cannot reasonably be verified or where a legal, compliance or security concern arises.
7.4 Account Security
Portal credentials are personal to the authorised user.
Users must take reasonable precautions to protect passwords, invitation codes and authentication factors and must notify JUYMO promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
Portal access must not be sold, transferred or shared with an unauthorised person.
JUYMO may suspend access without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users, data, systems or legal compliance.
8. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Functions
8.1 Nature of AI Output
The Website may provide automated or AI-assisted functionality.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, biased or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
AI output is not:
- a verified statement of fact;
- professional advice;
- a binding instruction;
- a representation or warranty; or
- a guarantee of any outcome.
8.2 Human Verification
Before relying on AI output, you must independently verify material facts, calculations, assumptions and sources.
Qualified human advice should be obtained where a decision could have material legal, tax, financial, regulatory, employment, immigration, safety, commercial or reputational consequences.
Website AI functions must not be used as the sole basis for making decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning another individual.
8.3 Restricted Inputs
Do not provide through a general AI function:
- passwords or authentication credentials;
- private security keys;
- full payment-card credentials;
- full online-banking credentials;
- health or biometric data;
- criminal-record information;
- privileged communications;
- confidential client materials;
- trade secrets; or
- sensitive personal data concerning another person without appropriate authority.
AI interactions may be processed through JUYMO's systems and authorised technology providers as described in the Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
8.4 Intellectual Property and AI Output
JUYMO does not guarantee that AI output:
- is unique;
- is capable of intellectual-property protection;
- does not resemble third-party material;
- is free from third-party rights; or
- is suitable for commercial publication or exploitation.
You are responsible for reviewing material before using or publishing it.
8.5 Monitoring and Intervention
JUYMO may apply reasonable filtering, monitoring, moderation, security controls, rate limits and human review to AI interactions.
JUYMO may restrict or disable AI functions or route an interaction for human review where reasonably necessary for security, quality, abuse prevention, legal compliance or service operation.
9. Marketing Communications
Where permitted by applicable law, JUYMO may send business and marketing communications to persons who have subscribed, consented or otherwise lawfully qualify to receive them.
Marketing communications may be managed through Zoho Campaigns or another approved platform.
Recipients may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting JUYMO.
An unsubscribe request does not prevent JUYMO from sending necessary transactional, contractual, security, compliance or operational communications.
JUYMO may retain a minimal suppression record to ensure that an opt-out continues to be respected.
10. Live Chat and Electronic Communications
Live chat may be automated, human-assisted or a combination of both.
Availability and response times are not guaranteed.
Chat and communications may be retained in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
General Website chat must not be used for:
- emergencies;
- service of legal proceedings;
- contractual notices requiring a specified delivery method;
- time-critical instructions; or
- confidential submissions unless JUYMO has expressly approved the channel.
11. Technology and Third-Party Infrastructure
JUYMO currently uses or may use technologies including:
- WordPress;
- Hostinger;
- Zoho One and relevant Zoho applications;
- domain and DNS providers;

- electronic-signature systems;
- automation and integration providers;
- analytics tools;
- AI-model providers;
- semantic-search or document-processing technologies; and
- backup and recovery systems.
Providers, configurations and technologies may change.
Use of a third-party technology does not imply an endorsement, partnership, agency relationship or warranty by that provider.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy documentation.
12. Privacy and Cookies
JUYMO processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
The Website may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for security, authentication, preferences, communications, analytics and other disclosed purposes.
Where applicable law requires prior consent, non-essential technologies will not be activated until the required choice has been obtained.
Available choices may be managed through the Website's Cookie Settings.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including its text, branding, graphics, layouts, databases, reports, downloads, workflows, prompts, documentation, software, code, audio and video, are owned by or licensed to JUYMO and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
JUYMO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access publicly available Website content for legitimate internal business evaluation and professional use.
Unless JUYMO gives prior written permission, you must not:
- sell, sublicense or commercially exploit Website content;
- systematically reproduce or republish Website materials;
- remove copyright, trade-mark or ownership notices;
- falsely imply JUYMO endorsement;
- frame or mirror the Website;
- systematically scrape, harvest or extract Website data;
- circumvent technical restrictions;
- use Website content or data at scale to train or fine-tune machine-learning or AI models;

- reverse engineer or attempt to discover non-public source code, prompts, models, access controls or security mechanisms,
except where applicable law expressly provides that a restriction cannot be enforced.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
14. User-Submitted Materials
You retain ownership of material that you lawfully submit.
You grant JUYMO and its authorised providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, transmit, convert, review and otherwise process submitted material to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- provide the requested Website function;
- respond to an enquiry or application;
- administer a potential or existing business relationship;
- maintain security and backups;
- comply with legal requirements;
- establish, exercise or defend legal rights; and
- perform another purpose clearly disclosed when the material is submitted.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions and lawful authority required to submit the material.
JUYMO will process personal data contained in submitted materials in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
15. Acceptable Use
You must use the Website lawfully, professionally and in good faith.
You must not:
- violate applicable law, sanctions, export restrictions or third-party rights;
- impersonate another person;
- misrepresent authority, identity, qualifications or affiliation;
- commit or facilitate fraud;
- transmit spam, phishing, threats, harassment, defamatory or unlawful content;
- introduce malicious software or instructions;
- probe or circumvent authentication or security controls;
- access restricted accounts or information without authority;
- disrupt or overload the Website;
- circumvent rate limits or technical restrictions;
- automate form submissions, account creation or data extraction without written permission;
- manipulate consent, campaign or portal records;
- use Website access for systematic replication of a competing service;
- attempt to re-identify properly anonymised information; or
- assist another person to do any of the above.
JUYMO may investigate suspected misuse and may cooperate with competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
16. Third-Party Links and Resources
The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services and resources.
JUYMO does not control those third parties and does not guarantee their availability, security, accuracy, legality, content or data practices.
A link or integration does not constitute endorsement.
You should review the third party's applicable terms and privacy documentation.
17. Website Availability
The Website and its functions are provided on an "as available" basis.
JUYMO may perform maintenance, implement security controls, restrict traffic, suspend accounts, modify content or discontinue functions where reasonably necessary.
JUYMO does not guarantee that:
- access will be uninterrupted;
- the Website will be error-free;
- every function will always be available;
- every browser or device will be compatible;
- all Website information will always be current;
- messages or uploads will always be delivered;
- files will be free of every harmful component; or
- defects will be corrected within a specified period.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate systems, security controls and copies of materials they require.
18. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website, Website content and Website functions are provided without warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security or results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, obligation or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JUYMO and its directors, officers, employees and contractors shall not be liable in connection with Website use for:
- indirect or consequential loss;
- loss of profit;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of business or opportunity;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of goodwill or reputation;
- loss of data or use;
- decisions taken in reliance on Website content or AI output;
- outages, malware or transmission failures outside JUYMO's reasonable control; or
- the acts or omissions of independent third parties.
Where liability arising solely from access to or use of the Website cannot lawfully be excluded, JUYMO's aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- AED 1,000; or
- the amount, if any, specifically paid by the claimant to JUYMO for Website access during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter to the extent applicable law prohibits its exclusion or limitation.
A separate signed agreement for professional or commercial services may contain different liability provisions. Those provisions govern the relevant services.
20. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify JUYMO and its directors, officers, employees and contractors against third-party claims, liabilities, losses, penalties and reasonable legal costs arising from:
- your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Website;
- your material breach of these Terms;
- material you submit without the necessary rights or authority;
- your infringement of intellectual-property, privacy or confidentiality rights; or
- misuse of your restricted account caused by your failure to take reasonable security precautions.
JUYMO will provide reasonable notice of a material third-party claim where practicable and may control or participate in its defence and settlement.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent the relevant loss results from JUYMO's fraud, wilful misconduct or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Suspension and Termination
JUYMO may restrict, suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Website where reasonably necessary because:
- these Terms have been breached or are reasonably suspected of having been breached;
- access presents a security, operational or compliance risk;
- required information cannot be verified;
- an invitation, application or relevant separate agreement has expired or been withdrawn;
- a competent authority or relevant service provider requires restriction; or
- JUYMO discontinues the relevant functionality.
On termination, the right to use restricted Website functions ends.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, governing-law and recordkeeping provisions, continue to apply.
22. Electronic Communications and Records
You agree that Website communications, notices, confirmations, consent records, acceptance records, preference records and other Website records may be created, communicated and stored electronically to the extent permitted by law.
Electronic records and electronic signatures may be used where legally permitted.
A person's consent to an electronic process may be demonstrated through an affirmative electronic action or other conduct recognised by applicable law.
Where JUYMO requires a formal contract to be signed through a specified signing process, that contract becomes binding only in accordance with that process and the authority of the relevant signatories.
23. Changes to These Terms
JUYMO may amend these Terms to reflect changes in:
- applicable law;
- Website functionality;
- technology or providers;
- security;
- business processes; or
- risk.
The current version and effective date will be published on the Website.
Where a material amendment affects an authenticated Partner Portal user or another continuing restricted function, JUYMO may provide additional notice and may require affirmative re-acceptance.
Continued use of public Website functions after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the relevant Website functions.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from Website access or use are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
Subject to mandatory rules of jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, the onshore courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms or Website use.
No provision in these Terms submits JUYMO to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts unless JUYMO expressly agrees to such jurisdiction in writing in relation to the relevant matter.
Nothing prevents JUYMO from seeking urgent, protective, interim or injunctive relief from another competent court where reasonably necessary to protect data, systems, confidential information or intellectual-property rights.
25. General Provisions
25.1 Entire Agreement for Website Use
These Terms, together with the Privacy and Data Protection Policy and any specific notice applicable to a Website function, constitute the agreement governing general Website use.
They do not replace a separate signed commercial, consultancy, partner or project agreement.
25.2 Precedence
A separate signed agreement prevails in relation to the matters it specifically governs.
These Terms continue to govern general Website access unless the separate agreement expressly provides otherwise.
25.3 Severability
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be restricted or severed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
25.4 No Waiver
A failure or delay in enforcing a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
25.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without JUYMO's prior written consent.
JUYMO may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a lawful reorganisation, transfer of business or change of Website operator, subject to applicable law.
25.6 No Third-Party Rights
Except where expressly stated or required by law, a person who is not a party to these Terms has no independent right to enforce them.
25.7 Language
These Terms are issued in English.
A translation may be made available for convenience. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the English version shall prevail in the event of inconsistency.
